About the Jean Todd Partnership
Jean and Phil Todd are independent trainers and customer management specialists.
With combined experience of over 40 years, they bring a wealth of
personal experience and expertise to their unique training programmes.
This husband-and-wife team established the Jean Todd Partnership in
1996 to impart some of their valuable knowledge to companies seeking to achieve customer satisfaction;
build customer relationships; retain customer loyalty; and reduce compensation and litigation costs.
Their loyal customers include many NHS trusts, local authorities, travel companies, and other
organisations in the public and private sectors.
Jean's first-hand experience of customer service comes from her many years with Thomson Holidays,
first setting up and running holiday destinations worldwide and then as quality improvement
manager and general manager of customer services in their head office.
Phil's career has been in sales and management in the pharmaceutical industry, where he trained
and developed profitable sales teams nationwide. This experience has given Phil first-hand knowledge
of customers and their ways.
